Optional Website Care · £25/month

First calendar month from website launch free. No minimum fixed term. Cancel anytime.

Hosting, routine technical upkeep and one small monthly batch of text or photo changes, up to 30 minutes without rollover. Larger changes are quoted separately. Hosting ends after the included or paid period; arrange handover if you leave.

These service terms accompany your project-specific scope and payment schedule. Read both before accepting. They do not replace an agreement you have already accepted. You can save or print this page using your browser.

Business website: £500 upfront

The standard agreed business website is £500 payable upfront. The website build is a one-time purchase. Optional Website Care is a separate £25/month service and requires your express choice and recurring-payment authorisation. Scope, tax treatment, hosting arrangements and payment dates must be confirmed before you agree. Existing accepted agreements retain their saved terms.

Business services

These terms apply to website services supplied by Zarak Marketing Ltd to customers acting for their business. The person accepting must be authorised to agree for that business. They are not intended for personal or household purchases. Contact info@zarakmarketing.com before accepting if this does not describe your purchase.

Your project agreement

Your project scope and payment schedule must identify the deliverables, revisions, total price, VAT treatment, deposit, balance due dates, timetable and responsibilities before you accept. Ask for missing or incorrect details to be corrected before proceeding. The agreed project details and this saved version of the terms form your agreement. A later website update does not change an existing agreement.

Optional Website Care: £25 per month

You may choose Website Care after buying your website. The first calendar month of hosting and care from the confirmed launch is included; £25/month is due thereafter only if you opt in and authorise recurring payments. If you do not choose care, arrange your own hosting and handover before the included month ends. Your project schedule confirms the launch date, first charge date, tax treatment and hosting arrangements. No additional tax or fee is added without prior disclosure and agreement.

What Website Care includes

Hosting, routine technical upkeep and one small batch of text or photo changes per calendar month, limited to 30 minutes of work. Unused time is not carried forward. Submit the requested changes together through your portal. Zarak confirms scope and timing before starting; no immediate or 24-hour response is promised. Your project records and contact portal remain available independently of an active care subscription.

What is not included

New pages, redesigns, extra development, additional change batches, content creation, telephone-support packages, social posting, advertising management and advertising spend are separate. Domain renewals and third-party licences are not included. Extra work and its price require your agreement before it starts.

Cancelling Website Care

Cancel future renewals anytime in Projects & invoices or by emailing info@zarakmarketing.com. Care and hosting continue until the end of the included or paid service period. Arrange migration or alternative hosting before that date; Zarak will confirm the end date and handover arrangements. Cancelling care does not cancel the website build, refund completed work or remove properly due amounts. Project records and contact access remain available. No minimum fixed term or 30-day notice applies.

Website ownership and handover

After full payment for the website, you may keep and move the website. Zarak will provide the paid-for transferable website files and reasonable handover information. Third-party software, fonts, themes, services and licences remain subject to their own terms; non-transferable components and any separate migration work must be explained before you agree. Zarak Client Portal and its underlying software are not transferred with your website.

Delivery, changes and project cancellation

Zarak will use reasonable care and skill and work to the agreed scope and timetable. You must provide agreed materials, permissions, access and feedback. Delays or requested changes affecting scope, cost or timing must be discussed and agreed in writing. Website-build cancellation and any refund calculation must be set out in the project schedule before acceptance; a deposit is not automatically non-refundable merely because it is called a deposit. No new work or extra cost is authorised by a change request alone.

Requests, photographs and approvals

Upload only materials you have permission to use, with any necessary permission from identifiable people. Do not upload passwords, payment information or confidential customer records. Uploaded photos are private to your project and Zarak reviewers; they are resized and metadata is removed. Keep your originals. Approving a photo permits preparation, not automatic publication. Website changes are previewed for your approval, then published separately by Zarak. Requests do not authorise extra charges. Analytics and social connections are not required for this service. No ranking, traffic, enquiries or sales are guaranteed.

Privacy and account security

Use your own authorised business accounts and protect your sign-in details. The Zarak Client Portal privacy notice explains data use, providers and rights. Where Zarak processes personal data on your behalf, the required processing arrangements must be agreed before that processing starts. Report suspected unauthorised access promptly to info@zarakmarketing.com.

Problems and responsibility

Contact info@zarakmarketing.com with the project reference and a description of the issue so Zarak can investigate and discuss a remedy. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms do not remove rights or remedies that apply by law. No blanket exclusion of responsibility or automatic liability cap is imposed by this service schedule.
